Terms and Conditions

'Be Bridge' refers to the platform and related services. 'User' means any natural or legal person using the platform, as tenant or landlord.

These general terms apply to any use of the Be Bridge platform and to all agreements entered into via the platform.

Users agree to use the platform in accordance with the law, these terms and Be Bridge's house rules. Misuse, discrimination or improper use may lead to account removal.

An account is required for certain features. Users are responsible for securely storing credentials and for the accuracy of the information they provide.

The landlord guarantees that the offered property meets legal requirements, is described truthfully and that they are entitled to offer it for rent.

The tenant provides accurate and complete information for verification and interacts respectfully with landlords, properties and other users of the platform.

Be Bridge assigns a trust score to users based on verified information. This score is indicative and does not guarantee the reliability of a user.

Fees for certain features are clearly communicated in advance. Payments are processed via verified payment partners. Rent payments between parties fall outside Be Bridge's responsibility.

Be Bridge acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the rental agreement. Be Bridge is not liable for damages arising from agreements between users, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Be Bridge processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the privacy policy. Data is used only for the purposes described therein.

Be Bridge reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated in advance via the platform or by email.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.
